The February Austin Hardware Startup Meetup will feature John Kestner ofSupermechanical and the Twine kickstarter success. John and David Carr came from the MIT Media Lab and moved Supermechanical to Austin after raising more than $500k on Kickstarter for their Twine internet of things gateway. They have since shipped thousands of units to happy customers.
